This is a great location for student housing. You have easy access to the bus route to campus and downtown, and you can walk to football games! The property is very nice and well taken care of. Also, Tonya the property manager does a great job planning events for people in the community to get study snacks or gifts throughout the year. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for student housing.
