I work in real estate in New Jersey and I’ve never experienced such poor business practices from a rental building or its parent company. Also, if you look at my review history, you will see I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I want to caution other parents who are considering this building as an option for their child.
This apartment is gross and not kept well. They up-charge so much and not worth the price. Parking here is a pain and they only do it yearly. Very unfortunate if you plan on only being here for one semester.
