This is now my 3rd time living here! Moved 2x and just keep coming back😂 the units are great and so are the amenities. My kids love how close we are to the park, splash pad, and Christmas in the park. HOWEVER, the reason it makes it so easy for us to keep coming back is the office staff/maintenance team! They are AMAZING! And the current property manager actually cares about your unit as if her family was the one living in it! We’re gonna be here a while this time around but if they go, we go😂

I had a great experience touring this past weekend with Clarissa. She was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the community . Parcside was super impressive, my husband and I were very pleased at the cleanliness and how spacious the townhome was. We will definitely be back to lease in the fall!

Este complejo de apartamentos y su equipo es excelente y muy lindo para vivir🤗 We have lived in Parcside Townhomes for almost two weeks, but we started our move-in process at the beginning of December, and it has been wonderful! From the beginning, the management crew (Lauren and Eriele) were very responsive, patient, friendly, and transparent about the process. It’s my first time living in Texas, so I have to say that Eriele made it so easy to understand. My first language is Spanish, so sometimes it’s difficult for me to understand when someone speaks quickly, and she was so patient, repeating things over and over. She also helped us a lot with our dog process — love her 🫶🏼!! My husband used to live in College Station a few years back, and we were really worried about pest problems because the last time he lived in an apartment complex, there were roaches everywhere, and every complex I looked at had the same issues in the reviews. In these two weeks living here, I have only found one, so I feel it’s a pretty good start. They include pest control in the rent, so you can ask them to come anytime you want (they don’t come every month), but as I said, everything in my townhouse looks pest-free. Talking about the townhouse, I looove our place. It’s spacious, beautiful, and Eriele found us one with a patio that is perfect for our Pepe 🐕. Every appliance works perfectly. The apartment had just been painted — you could still smell it when we arrived 🤭. I also want to point out that I found some little problems when we moved in — for example, one shelf was broken in the refrigerator, there was an annoying sound in the bathroom, and one cabinet door was loose — and everything was addressed within the next two days. The maintenance guy was very efficient!! So thank you, everyone at Parcside, especially Eriele, for making sure we feel comfortable in our home ❤️

I have been at Parcside for almost a year. The townhomes are spacious, maintenance has addressed our concerns. The amenities are great. We use their gym often and their pool is always clean. The walk to Central Park is a big perk and the office does events and giveaways for residents which is great! I do have to say that our closet doors were an issue when we moved it, they were not installed correctly and the light switches to the bedrooms do not work, we have to use the lights on the fan, but other than that, place is spacious, neighborhood is quiet and we love the area for our kids.

I'm excited to be moving into my townhome this December! I want to give a huge shoutout to Eriele, who made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and easy to understand. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Manager Clarissa also made the lease signing process incredibly simple and stress-free. Both Clarissa and Eriele were thorough and supportive, ensuring I understood every detail before I signed. Eriele truly went above and beyond, not only making me feel comfortable, but also keeping it real throughout. Unlike many apartment staff who sugarcoat things or give you the runaround, Eriele was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. That kind of integrity is rare, and I appreciate it more than words can say. If you ever get the chance to work with Eriele, tell her Gemini sent you! And even though I know Clarissa is the manager, whoever’s above her should be thrilled with the level of communication and the amazing resident experience she and Eriele provide. Honestly, they both deserve a free lunch, just saying.
