The amazing staff here truly do their best to make this complex friendly and welcoming! The apartments are cozy and well designed, and very accommodating to pets. The events that the front office puts on are unique and fun in a way that I’ve never experienced at any previous complex! Only downside is the shower randomly changes temperature too often.

I have absolutely loved living here at Stadium View. First and foremost, I find the apartment extremely spacious and affordable for its location. I love that the pool area is quaint, making it perfect for casual use. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and personable. The management staff knows its residents by name and are always putting on fun events for us. Even though the complex is older, they’re always making improvements. The visitor parking is also plentiful. The only con is that the gym is a little small. With that said, it does have enough for a dumbbell and cable session. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living at Stadium View!

Very responsive and helpful, we had an ant problem one day, but it was fixed within the day, and we haven’t had any problems since. I got the furnished option, and the furniture that comes with it is good. The only complaint I have is that the water heating fluctuates often, but the staff is currently trying to fix it. If you stay in the room without the router, I would recommend getting nest units or network extenders to get good enough wifi in your room.
Pretty good for the price, good location: close to the Main Rec Center and the Stadium. Overall I have been happy staying here.

I have enjoyed my years living here at Stadium View. The maintenance crew is awesome. Depending on the severity they are very quick to fix any issues. The management and staff are also pretty friendly and cooperative! My only suggestion would be to have a system in place for visitors to sign themselves up for parking at your place with no cost (excluding game days).

The rent is cheap, the roomates they pair me up with match well with my personality, the pool is gorgeous, and the events the apartment manager hosts are fun.
Ethan and Mkayla are always friendly when I pick up my mail, and our maintenance guys Chris and Bryce are pretty on the ball with responding to maintenance requests and fixing things up.
I'd say this is a good place to live if you want a good amount of space, don't mind living with a roomate, and have a tight budget. You can live pretty comfortably in College Station for $14/hr. I was surprised.
