Update: I’ve been living at Glasshouse for just three weeks, and it has already exceeded every expectation I had. What stands out most is the genuine care and attentiveness of the staff, who deserve recognition -Cody, Stacey, Eric, Kienna and Jesse. They don’t just go through the motions; they truly want residents to feel happy, comfortable, and fully supported. Every interaction feels thoughtful and intentional, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need - and even things you didn’t realize you wanted! There’s also a strong sense of community here, driven by the effort the staff puts into planning activities that actually reflect residents’ interests. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach—they listen, adapt, and create experiences that bring people together in a meaningful way. In such a short time, it’s already become a place I’m genuinely excited to come home to every day. The maintenance crew also deserves special mention - Dave, Phil and Jim. They are quick to respond, they always get the job done and are great to deal with. Original Review: Glasshouse is a beautiful complex with great amenities. You feel like you are living in luxury. My leasing agent, Cody, is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. He never sounds bothered, no matter how many times I contact him! I move in soon and I am so excited. I keep sending the link to all of my friends. They are all impressed!

We toured many apartments in Pittsburgh and found Glasshouse Pittsburgh to be very clean, great amenities and most importantly safe. The entire staff has been very professional, helpful and pleasant. The person we’d like to call out specifically is Cody in the management office. He gave us a tour and was always available when I would call back with more questions. Cody assisted me through the application process. Even after we moved in Cody still has the time to assist me with other questions.
