Urgently looking for somebody to take over my lease at Duck’s Village as I will not be living in Oregon and cannot afford it. The apartment includes many amenities including a fitness center, a spa, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, a computer lab, parking, 24 hour on call maintenance, a dog park, and more. The apartment is only about a five minute walk from Autzen stadium and near bus stops to take to the University of Oregon campus. The lease is from September 20th, 2026 to August 31, 2027.
