Cozy + quiet room for rent with no security deposit

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in September or October. This space is cozy but still has lots of natural light, well maintained, and feels very homey. The apartment is a shared space but the lease is for a private room at the end of the hall (also the biggest room). By October the apartment will be newly renovated and this space will become a two bedroom with washer + dryer in unit AND by subletting my lease you also get to keep the rental rate I currently have. So with the renovation for brand new applicants the base rent + utilities + parking would usually be about 920 for this unit but my base rent is currently only 609, So the apartment will upgrade but the rent won’t go up ! PLUS your security deposit is FREE. I love this space and I’m hoping to find someone who will as well :)) OH also you can keep the green wall or I will repaint for you lol..
