Lease Takeover Available For Newly Renovated and Rent Reduced Room at Ducks Village

Hi! I'm looking for someone (preferably a girl) to take over my lease (September 1 - August 31) for one bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Ducks Village! Rent is $676 (that includes utilities). It comes fully furnished with working AC, a new washer and dryer, and a newly added on bathroom. Other amenities in the property include a 24 hour gym, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a pool among others! There are two super sweet girls already living in the apartment as well!
