Male Private Room (August free)

I am looking for someone to sell my lease to, starting June 1. The monthly rent is $742 including utilities. I’ve already paid for August rent, so you will get it free! There are in-unit laundry machines and three other roommates who are super chill. The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, lounge, and weight room.
