Private room (mens housing) contract for Aug 8 2026-Aug 6 2027 at Carriage Cove apartments for $540/mo not including utilities. Potential for friends to move in as well. Between UVU and BYU, right next to the neighborhood Walmart. Wonderful ward, sad to be moving out. Lately we like to have the full cinematic experience for movie nights hence why we push our couches in so it's a spacious living room lol.
