Room for rent! :))

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP or within the next 3 months :)) This space is cozy but still has lots of natural light, well maintained, and feels very homey. The apartment is a shared space but the lease is for a private room at the end of the hall (also the biggest room). The apartment is 1 bath with on site washer + dryers BUT they are renovating them very very soon!! So this space will become a two bedroom with washer + dryer in unit AND by subletting my lease (which goes till 2027) you also get to keep the rental rate I currently have. So with the renovation for new residents base rent + utilities + parking will be about 920 for this unit but my base rent is currently only 609!! So the apartment will upgrade but the rent won’t ! PLUS your security deposit is FREE. I love this space and I’m hoping to find someone who will as well :)) OH also you can keep the green wall or I will repaint for you lol..
