May’s Rent is Free!! Selling Women’s Carriage Cove Contract!

I’m selling my Spring/Summer contract for a private room at Carriage Cove! I’m graduating and moving out at the end of April. I am in Bedroom 3 as shown in the apartment layout photo. Rent is $515/month, which includes internet and water. Utilities are around $20/month (gas and power). The complex has a shuttle that goes directly to BYU campus, and there’s a public bus stop across the street with service to UVU—great off-campus location. The apartment has four private bedrooms. Each tenant has their own private vanity area and shares a bathroom with one roommate. The apartment is fully furnished, including a bed, dresser, desk, and chair in the bedroom, plus furnished living room and kitchen. There is also a second fridge and plenty of storage space. Amenities include a volleyball court, basketball court, private study rooms, fitness center, game room, and a pool/hot tub. My lease ends in August, with the option to renew. I’m looking for someone to take over the contract as soon as possible, with move-in available late April or early May (flexible). Please message me with any questions!
