Summer Sublease - Private room Close to UofU

Private bedroom available for summer sublease in a clean shared apartment. You’ll have your own room, with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area with friendly roommates. Great setup for students or interns staying in Salt Lake City for the summer. Fully furnished apartment with essential amenities, comfortable common spaces, and convenient washer and dryer access. Parking is included but with a fee of 50$, you can chose to not pay that if you don't have a car. The roomates are two teenagers, they have their own bedroom, they are really comprehensive about anything so if you talk to them you can work things out. It is like 6 minutes away from the UofU in car, 15 -18 minutes in bus, 25 min walking. High Speed internet, you can connect an Ethernet cord if you want more speed for your pc as I did. There is also a communal pool outside which is currently in maintenance but is gonna be open soon. Move-in date flexible.
