Lived in 1335 North for a year now and we have had an amazing experience! John the property manager has been so so kind and accommodating to us this entire time. He cares about the experience you have here and is very attentive to any issues. It’s a great place to live and we highly recommend it.
Since I’ve moved in, I haven’t had a single issue! The apartments are very well maintained prior to use moving in but management is super friendly! They are also very happy to help with whatever random needs we have asked for help with!! Our dog loves every time Chris comes to help repair something in our apartment. Chris is very fast when completing repairs and has an incredible urgency to help out as soon as he can! John is the best manager we’ve ever had! He works very hard to make sure all on his tenets feel welcome and at home right from the start! He does so much to make the complex more aesthetically pleasing whether it’s flowers in the summer or Christmas decorations in the winter! 1335 North wouldn’t be as great of a place to live if John and Chris weren’t managers there!
