AS A TENANT I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ANYONE THINKING ABOUT LIVING HERE - DO NOT MOVE IN - PLEASE! OWNED BY PLACE2B PROPERTIES, I strongly recommend looking at their reviews before considering ANYTHING to do with any of their properties (the owner's daughter has left a review for Place2B explaining how this company is full of scam artists). Any good reviews left for this apartment are their own in attempt to hide and bury the bad reviews (the true ones). Terrible mold issues, leaks that are non-stop and never fixed. These people are genuine slum-lords. Crystal Lake Apartments has now gone through 4 on-site property managers in the span of 2 years, myself and MANY tenants (my whole building) agree that they are absolutely no help. These apartments are put together with the cheapest materials they can possibly get, and with the worst craftsmanship I've ever seen. There is a REASON the rent is "cheap", and it is not worth it people. Getting out as quickly as possible.
