My stay here at Sierra student apartments have been pretty great, it comes with its ups and downs but that’s to be expected. The furniture included in the apartments are super comfy and the amenities like the tv, fridge, outlets and stove work perfectly. The only downsides would be that the smoke alarms are a little weak and go off easily and the hot water for the showers don’t last super long. But other than that. Living here is a dream

I have never wrote a review and i've always thought only people that have bad experiences post on google, but the sure amount of issues, me, my friends, and others I know have had here. I feel I have to put this out to hopefully prevent people from ending up in similar situations. Moved in to "cleaned" apartment to find food scraps, items, and a huge amount of dust left over from last tenants. multiple appliances inside and outside of the apartment are constantly having issues. Also tried to blame a huge amount of damages done to apartment at move in on me and my roomates at move in. If you a the type of person bow down to your land lord this is a ok place. But if anything comes up they will charge you the max and mean mug you until you pay. Im sure they will respond to this and somehow warrant their actions, but at the heart of it they just want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They have about 10 different types of extra charge that will probably raise your rent by up to 50 dollars a month. If this is your last possible choice take it, but know your sighing a contract with the devil. Find any other place before this.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Honestly I never post reviews, however I feel that I should warn you that this place is pretty much a scam. Everything about it is built to take advantage of college students. The staff are rude and unwilling to help with any concerns, there are hidden fees EVERYWHERE, and they are always pressuring students. I chose to live here as a last resort due to lack of housing around campus. I found out later that I was going to be living on the top floor and while in the lease it is stated that you are charged a fee for that floor, I did not choose to live there. If I had chosen that floor then sure I would happily pay the extra $20 a month. They also do not allow you to move in until the end of September however still make you pay for an ENTIRE MONTH. I payed $1200 for living there just over a week. Another thing is that they pressure students to renew only a month after move in saying that their room will be gone if they do not renew by the early October deadline. Idgaf if they are filling up, pressuring students to renew for only a discount of FIFTY DOLLARS is insane. The benefits of renewing were not even as good as other apartments which would offer $200 off of the next leasing period's rent. They also have a lot of other small things that just rub me the wrong way such as having a payment due on the 5th of each month but making it due at 9am. Or automatically signing students up for a program that helps with credit but it is through a third party that students must go through them to get it removed. They also charge way too much. For a building accommodating easily over 600 students, the average pricing can be lower, especially for parking--which is $80-100.
TLDR- If you can avoid this place, do it. You would be better off living in any of the other apartments nearby such as the quad, or a house.

My company recently collaborated with Luis on a fundraising event and it went better than I could have hoped for! We also worked together getting them into our affiliate program and we couldn't ask for anything better in a partner! Would highly recommend this man/company to anyone I know.

Love the amenities here! The gym has a variety of nice equipment for its size. It is beautifully decorated and modern.
I love my apartment and roommates. Everyone here are super friendly. I love that the place comes pre furnished in the shared area of the apartment: kitchen & living room!
So happy this is my first apartment!
