Just moved in and WOW! First impression the manager Tamera gave my daughter snacks & turned on cartoons while we went through the very long application which floored me because a screaming toddler usually makes people rush us out the door but she helped me with a smile and not the fake kind. The complex is pristine I see maintenance cleaning every morning right at 8:30. and maintenance... all I can say is WOW they went out of their way to help me get moved in comfortably 5 stars to both Rachel & Phil? I see them every day working hard and running from building to building, they gave my dog a treat even with a handful of tools they both made it a point to know Fifi (my labrador) name by day 3 :) The apartment looks & feels brand new.. there is a really cool food pantry available for all renters & I just found out that all 3 employees there stock & pay for the food out of their own pockets which shows how much they truly care about the renters. There is a community garden I can't wait to use, a dog wash and the coolest little playground. It is so rare to find people and places like this in the world today. I was living in a car with my kiddo for over 2 weeks when I found Union and it makes me cry just thinking about how blessed I am to have found this hidden gem in a place where usually slumlords are the majority. Thank you all for being beautiful humans!!

Not one to usually write reviews but this one stood out. Not in a good way.
Never in my life have I interacted with a property management company that won't let you view an apartment prior to applying.
I work from home and asked to view an apartment to make sure that the accommodations would fit my equipment. I was told that the only option is a virtual tour...
Then I came on here to write, write a review and saw all of the terrible one-star reviews and understand why they don't want you to view the apartments prior to applying and signing a lease...
Definitely would be wary.

They can look nice, but they were built quickly so there are a lot if short cuts. Maintenence difficult to get a hold of. Management constantly coming in your unit when they want, short notices. They enforce the rules with some, but not all. They don't take care of problem tenants and make excuses. They made a dog park, but dogs can get out if they want to, its not secure. It took them almost 5 months to replace a smoke detector. Their website and contract says they provide a maintenance phone number, but they don't. They are not wired correctly. I have had 4 water leaks in my unit. Many tenants complaining about getting no help to get things taken care of. Says we have working security cameras, but we don't. I could go on.

I almost never write reviews, but my experience at this apartment has been so exhausting and stressful that I feel like people need to know what they might be getting into.
I lived in unit 190-102, and starting in March 2025, I had constant gray water leaks in my apartment — not clean water, dirty sewer water. This happened around 10 times over six months. Every time, maintenance came and tried, but the problem was never actually fixed. My belongings kept getting damaged, my home constantly smelled awful, and I had multiple days where huge industrial drying machines were running so loud that my senior mom and I couldn’t even sleep.
After six months of this, management finally told us that our unit was basically not livable anymore and we needed to move — but they only gave us TWO days of notice. My lease rate was supposed to stay $1350 until November, but because of their own building failure, they made us move to another unit at a higher rent ($1417) or move out completely. No 30-day notice, nothing.
They said they were paying for movers, but that was another disaster. Management messed up the booking and the movers showed up without a truck, totally confused and upset. They had to drive all the way back to Albany to get a truck. They only covered 4 hours of moving time, even though my mom is a senior with health issues, and the move realistically took 6 hours. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for extra moving time, moving supplies, plus the higher electric bill from all the machines they put in my place.
It’s been weeks and management keeps giving me the runaround about reimbursement. No answers. No timeline. No accountability — even though the whole situation was caused by the apartment being built or maintained poorly.
This whole experience has caused me so much stress, lost money, and sleepless nights. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If something goes wrong with your unit (and clearly things can go very wrong), don’t expect quick help or fair treatment

We have been living in this apartment for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. The building is brand new with modern design and solid construction. The amenities such as the gym, package lockers, parking, and common areas are all well maintained and thoughtfully designed.
My apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable with brand new appliances that work perfectly. Maintenance is responsive and professional whenever I have questions or minor issues.
It is a great place to live if you are looking for a modern apartment with quality amenities. I highly recommend it.
