  Office is almost never available and when they are, Jessica will do anything not to do her job. She has refused to do upkeep on the property, leading to injuries of her tenants. She refuses to hold her maintenance accountable for harassing tenants. On top of that, the units are genuinely poorly build and even more poorly maintained. The outside looks lovely, but it's very deceptive. The management will also try and blame tenants for the injuries they end up with due to how poorly built it is. Screw in light fixtures in an apartment 12 ft from train tracks?? Really?? Awful planning clearly done by someone with little experience. Walls so thin you can hear your roommate sniff, and heat rises through the apartments so if your downstairs neighbor has heat on, your apartment will end up sweltering. Genuinely awful quality housing. The nice aspects are the W/D in unit, and the landscaping.
