Witham Village

We love living here at Witham Village. Our two-bedroom is the perfect fit for us and we enjoy the deer and wild turkeys that stroll through the complex. The big shade trees here are awesome as is location to trails and parks on this end of Corvallis. Katie is a responsive and caring manager. Maintenance issues are promptly resolved by Luis and Amber. Their laundrymat prices are reasonable for wash & dry and the machines always work! LGBTQ people are welcome here as are pets. They go above and beyond for their residents. ??

I've lived here for a year and absolutely love it! Very pet-friendly, helpful and kind staff, and friendly neighbors. As a student, not having to worry about maintenance and having a quiet place to come home to has been great.
