I really wish zero stars were an option. I’ve lived at Yugo Corvallis Domain for over a year, and I can honestly say I have never had a positive interaction with management. Although they have a few great employees, everyone is always on a different page when it comes to knowing answers to questions, or dealing with an issue. More importantly, the management team consistently lacks taking responsibility, is dismissive, and painfully bad at basic communication.
Management regularly gives conflicting information, fails to follow through on promises, and acts inconvenienced when residents ask reasonable questions about their own lease or living conditions. It feels less like a professional property management office and more like a group of people who were handed jobs they’re completely unqualified for.
If you value clear communication, accountability, or being treated with basic respect as a tenant, look elsewhere. This place looks nice on the surface, but once you’re locked into a lease, the lack of competence and professionalism becomes impossible to ignore.

Yugo Domain has always lived up to my expectations thus far and continues to impress me with their responsiveness and care for all of my needs. The team was incredibly helpful during my move in process, going above and beyond and supporting me to make sure my accessibility needs were met. They’ve also been extremely attentive my recent maintenance request was handled quickly and efficiently and I truly appreciate how supportive and reliable they’ve been. I love being apart of the Yugo Community and am thankful for the team!

Do not live here unless you are fine with paying fees for damages you did not cause. The room is clean and modern, but when you move out, the company will charge you for damages you never caused! Even if you cleaned your room before leaving and did not damage anything, you will be charged! The management is also terrible and will not fix the broken parts of the dishwasher or appliances! Maintenance staff take a long time to respond and appear. Do you want to support a greedy company that lies and makes up damages?
The apartment inspection staff also broke into my room while I was using the toilet and couldn't wait for me to finish. On top of this, the Assistant General Manager has been making several fake 5-star Google reviews and responding to herself to boost the apartment's rating.
These types of fraudulent activities are what you can expect from the management of this company.

Pros:
- apartment is extremely clean and modern
- you get your own private bathroom and walk in closet
- furnished place
Cons:
- if your appliances break the management will take forever to get back to you
- management is absolutely horrible, they will charge you upwards of 300 dollars upon moveout for stuff past tenants did and stuff they are legally required to do by Oregon law, and will never respond to your emails
- ATTACHED is the condition of how I left the room, and then the amount they charged me for "damages"
- utility bills are extremely overcharged and way too expensive compared to other places
- they erase all old paperwork after January 1st of the new year, as they try to hide their paper trail
Also the apartment inspection crew broke into my roommate's room while he was in his private bathroom. Expect that level of perversion and creepiness from the staff.
And the assistant general manager has written 5 star reviews for this place and replied to themselves on here, inflating the rating.
NOTE: ALL the 5 star reviews with minimal or no text are ALL FAKE, the management has these promos where you give a good review and they will enter you into a lottery for some gift card or reward.

If I could give -1,000 stars I would. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and a SCAM. They take advantage of vulnerable college students. Rent is expensive. The front office is always closed. The utility bills are OVER PRICED. They charge for half of a month and then send you another bill for the other half. Don’t even get me started about move out. My roommates and I thoroughly cleaned our rooms for move out. Both roommates were billed $700 in damages and I personally was billed $1800 in damages. I would have had to take a SLEDGEHAMMER to my room to do $1800 in damages on my own.
They CLAIMED:
-my carpet was $900 in damages
-called the mattress a “health & safety concern,”— mind you the mattress came with the apartment
-We went out of our way to get a paint swatch to paint over our patched holes in the wall and still was billed for alleged “damages”
-apparently the chair needed to be replaced but let’s be real, EVERYTHING THEY CLAIM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THEY DON’T REPLACE.
-the pictures they sent after move out was close to a month after. The pictures they sent were blurry, don’t provide detail, and were not itemized. I sent them an email back in the beginning of October to dispute the charges, it’s almost November and no response.
Do yourself a favor and don’t fall victim to this place. And if you do, fight them on every single penny they bill you after move out.
