I live here in the 2bed, 2 bathroom and it’s pretty nice. No complaints.

Have been living here for over a year and my experience has been nothing but positive. The complex is clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff is absolutely amazing from the ladies in the leasing office to the maintenance team! They are quick to answer and assist you. Great place to live.

I’ve had such a positive experience working with Mary and the leasing team here! From the very beginning, she has been professional, kind, and incredibly helpful — always patient with my questions and quick to respond. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes the process feel smooth and welcoming, and Mary has done just that. The community looks beautiful and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff truly cares about their residents.

Lovely, quiet, and visually alluring hidden gem. Far enough from Downtown Dallas to avoid busy traffic and noisy streets, but close enough to enjoy the urban lifestyle. Mary with the apartment management team is fantastic, easy to reach, and swiftly responds to any questions or concerns. Newly renovated apartments with a beautiful creek that’s adjacent to the complex and also runs right through it. Walking distance from the golf course and a huge park.

We have lived in several metro cities and leased with big names and boutique. We absolutely love the location. 10 minutes to Klyde Warren, a few more to Uptown and a few more to NorthPark. 18 minutes to my job in Irving and a few more to DFW. 3 minutes to 24HR Fitness and cluster of grocery. Backs up to the golf course … it’s the gem of the cliff. The space in the units is spot on with lots of storage a closet for mid century build and views that are accessible with near floor to ceiling windows of the creek and/or dense wooded backdrops. Literally not Dallas on our patio, which is also a huge Plus-Plus. We started in the middle upgrade 2/2 and just went full Monty in the 3/2 TH with high end upgrades with a river view. You can’t beat the location or the views. Don’t overlook mid century for the new builds going on down the street. Nice and quiet. Love maintenance guys and office staff. Very attentive owner who is personally involved. And trust me, we shopped around before we recommitted to the larger unit.
