Every time we submit a work order, he responds quickly and handles the issue professionally and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is working perfectly before leaving. He also takes the time to explain what was fixed and ensures the area is clean afterward.
The complex itself is lovely, everyone in the leasing office is so kind and friendly, and Randy is great for repairs. 10/10 gonna renew my lease
