If I could give 0 stars I would. 32 repair requests for the AC unit were sent in since March of this year, and yet the issue still persisted (it's fixed but for how long not sure). They claimed to give us a portion off our rent for the trouble and claimed to start the process in May but then still witheld any information until rent was due yesterday. Even then it took multiple emails a day for 3 days to get a response and even then they will only reimburse 100$ I am extremely disappointed and disrespected.
