For starter apartments Holly Tree was decent, especially for the price. The apartment is old, but well maintained. Old appliances and a bit smelly due to the old property (plug-ins did wonders and eliminated the odors) but never once had a maintenance issue. Located in a great area just minutes from anything you need. Wilma was awesome with helping me get approved and moved into the apt every step of the way. The entire office staff are great ppl to work with and always have great service, even if you show up just 1 minute before closing to take care of business like I did once. I moved after my lease was up, but I would highly recommend.
