I've lived here four years and love it. I have a 2 bedroom and it's very spacious. The area is quite and the neighbors are friendly. If you need anything fixed maintenance takes care of it very timely. Management is very helpful and friendly and keeps on top of everything. If you are looking for a place that feels like country but close to everything this is the place to live.

Avoid this place I’ve lived in different places in Denton and this is by far the worst management ever.
