Popped in to take a look at these new apartments and everything was modern, clean, and brand new. I love the sleek finishes.

BRAND NEW. They are quick to fix any issues. Pool and On-Site gym look amazing. De'Andres (Dré) Squire - Hospitality Manager for Landing at Railyard. This guy is awesome, deserves a raise. Great communicator. Gets stuff done too. 10/10 would recommend short term or long term stay at this location.

I had the best experience touring with Jordan! From the moment I walked in, Jordan was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all my questions. You can really tell he cares about finding the right fit for each person. If you’re looking for a new place, ask for Jordan — He is truly amazing!

I had the incredible opportunity of touring this stunning community. I was thrilled to see Denton step up into the luxury living space! For anyone who has turned away from moving to Denton due to a lack of Luxury, check out this incredible community in person! You will for sure be wowed. Not only from the incredible office staff, but the stunning property itself. What I loved most was the fact that the apartments had unique layouts that I have yet to see in any other apartments! My favorite was their 2-bedroom corner unit with a wall of windows letting in an abundance of natural light. Let me not forget the ONSITE Coffee shop!!

Great experience with Railyard! The apartments are beautiful, great layouts and amenities, but the staff really takes it over the top!! They’re amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough!!
