had a wonderful experience living at Resia. The community is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. I especially want to appreciate Manager Jack and the amazing staff members Jasmine, Rayli, and Meriyam for their kindness, professionalism, and support. They were always helpful, responsive, and made everything easy and comfortable for us. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the overall environment was very friendly. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend Resia to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Resia Rayzor Ranch in Denton has a very appealing mix of modern interiors, strong amenities, and a convenient Rayzor Ranch location that works well for students and working professionals alike. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a newer community with easy access to shopping, dining, and the highways while still feeling tucked away from heavy traffic. I’ve had a genuinely positive experience at Resia Rayzor Ranch so far, and a big part of that is thanks to Zack and Jasmine in the office, who is truly a good person—friendly, patient, and always going out of her way to help with questions or issues. From touring to move-in, the process felt organized and low-stress, and any small issues were addressed quickly instead of getting dragged out.

The Resia has been a great place to live! Very nice rooms and everything is very clean and the appliances are super modern. I live on the 6th floor and the views are great! The people that work here are very nice and super helpful, they always say hi and have a smile on their face. They have a great gym with all the stuff you need and a nice pool with some grills and space to chill with friends. The prices for rooms are also pretty affordable. The Resia is super close to resturaunts, shopping and the highway is you’re trying to head into Dallas/Ft Worth or outta town!
