Our experience living here has been very positive. The community is quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. Having a private backyard for our dog is a huge bonus and made a big difference for us. D and his maintenance crew have always been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Kudos to them- we hope this level of care and service to the property continues!

This place is amazing! The manager always stays on top of everything to keep the property looking like new. Customer service is excellent, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Dumyuis Wilson is very handy, knowledgeable, and always fixes anything that’s needed around the property. The grounds are very clean, peaceful, and well maintained. I’ve never had any major issues living here and truly enjoy it. I totally recommend it We are surrounded by a nice park with nice trails and also lots of stores near by

Domyuis Wilson completed my request for service within FIVE Minutes!!! During the ice blizzard (January 2026) the electrical outlets in both bathrooms stopped working. Domyuis responded within minutes and we had power in them!! He was kind, polite, friendly, and had a GREAT smile, even in FREEZING temperatures!!!! THANK YOU❣️❣️❣️

Absolutely a cheating community!The worst living experience. It was good at first, everything changes worse and worse ,when I moved out, the apartment refused to return my deposit 500 dollars and charged an additional 113.82. After I paid the 113.82, I was charged a new additional 195 dollars carpet cleaning fee. And they changed the date,added it before I paid 113.82,that means they changed the final bill randomly, and I have to pay both.They refused to provide the invoices when I pay the bill. The manager and another female staff are not professional and so rude to me.There are spiders and ants everywhere in the house, and the pest control didn't work at all. The quality of the house was extremely poor. On the first day of my move in,the bathroom door was broken and glasses is everywhere,but the manager just told me that you had two bedrooms and you could use another good door. That is so funny answer,There was a big safety hazard. The maintenance is also very bad. He will knock the door very hard.Be careful when you choose to live there

YOU GET TO HAVE A PRIVATE YARD! I moved all the way from Puerto Rico and it’s hard getting a place with a yard when leasing an apartment, not only that but feeling like it’s a house and not an apartment. Yardhomes feel like houses because they literally are, the private yard makes it great for pet owners just letting dogs have their freedom while protected from the outside. My main issue while trying to find a place was most apartments had a tiny balcony and I have 3 dogs that come from having a full yard back at home and didn’t want to take that away from them. Place is great, quiet, staff is friendly and helpful, pool and gym are always clean.
