YOU GET TO HAVE A PRIVATE YARD! I moved all the way from Puerto Rico and it’s hard getting a place with a yard when leasing an apartment, not only that but feeling like it’s a house and not an apartment. Yardhomes feel like houses because they literally are, the private yard makes it great for pet owners just letting dogs have their freedom while protected from the outside. My main issue while trying to find a place was most apartments had a tiny balcony and I have 3 dogs that come from having a full yard back at home and didn’t want to take that away from them. Place is great, quiet, staff is friendly and helpful, pool and gym are always clean.

I highly recommend Yardhome Parkside! Not just because they have all the features you may want like new appliances, a yard, not sharing walls (!!!), or the amenities. You can find a mishmash of all those things at other properties. What makes Yardhome so referral worthy is their staff! They are so helpful and friendly and know how to get things moving when it really counts. Apartment living comes with inherent hiccups and headaches but I feel much better knowing this staff is there to help when needed.

I live here and will be moving out I’m in this field and it’s crazy how they fix stuff my shower door has been falling off since I moved in they said they fixed it my backyard patio had holes in the concrete they filled it with a different color then they missed a spot of paint outside in the back they painted it a different blue 😑 and trash pick up ya they are good when u move in but they will skip u or just not show after a while and if u ask the office for corporate’s number or someone higher to speak with they will not give it to you I gave up on asking for pest control and have been doing it myself there pest control does nothing for spiders and stuff just started putting my own ant poison in the back to kill the hills if u don’t mind multicolors and things half fixed and to pay good money this is your place

Me and my girlfriend moved into the new townhomes here and the experience with Andre our leasing consultant was far beyond expectations with the tour process and quick email responses throughout the application process. What also far exceeded our standards that we personally have never seen done in any other community is — when we moved into we used the bath tub for the first time and experienced a water flood upon draining the tub. Within 15 minutes of an email send to Andre and the emergency maintenance line we had two maintenance associates investigate. They shop vac the water, and used air dryers to dry it quick. Within a few hours the floor was dry. We were given a courtesy stay in an available unit. I thank Nicole the GM for the late night call in assistance of providing us an available unit for a nights rest while the maintenance personnel cleaned. Andre for dispatching the email to maintenance and Carlos for grabbing his boss Dumyuis which made us feel very welcomed. They did not have an attitude, nothing more than exceedingly helpful.

The staff here at Yard Homes Parkside are very friendly, they were very helpful with answering all of my questions. The manager, Nicole is very professional but also very personable, made me smile!! Robyn and Andre were very informative. The office overall has a great vibe!! I will definitely spread a positive word about this property!!
