The building always has fast turn over for any issues that arise and the leasing office is incredibly helpful. Coleman was a big help when there was some worry about my cat potentially being without a water fountain during the recent city wide power outages and he went up to check on the kitty and even placed a bowl of water down for her while I was on my trip for a few more days. They were able to give me some peace of mind and save me from a potential anxiety attack so for that I’m incredibly grateful. 10/10 service and incredibly helpful.

My partner and I lived in 24fifty for over 3 years and overall had an okay experience. While there were consistent issues with broken garage doors, faulty elevators, water shutoffs, and the occasional late-night fire alarm, we took most of it as par for the course of living in a large, corporate-managed apartment building. We loved the common areas and were always impressed by the cleanliness of the building overall and quickness of the maintenance team. However, we moved out in September and since then, our perception of 24fifty and the Sentral management team has changed completely. The manager, Steve, has been almost completely unresponsive to us when we've requested clarity over a ridiculously large move-out charge, seemingly to do with a utilities error on Sentral's part. After calling the office multiple times and being passed off to other team members, we finally were able to get the charges lowered. The main issue, however, has been with getting our security deposit back. We were told that we were owed the entirety of the $500 deposit due to the condition we left the apartment in, but that Sentral is not responsible for paying it back to us because the building was under different management when we originally moved in. After much back-and-forth with Coleman (who is the guy that Steve seems to push all his work off onto), we were told at the beginning of November that we would be receiving a confirmation from Steve when our check was sent out. It is now the first week of December, almost 3 months since we moved out and a month since that communication, and we have no update. It's taken up far too much of our time and effort to have to be the ones reaching out to Sentral at every step of the process and to deal with their unresponsiveness. While Coleman has been helpful when he can, he doesn't have much control over the situation and is not proactive in keeping us updated. It seems like the team is hoping that if they stay silent for long enough, we'll just forget about the whole thing, which is just unprofessional and disrespectful to us as such long-time residents.

I've lived here for about 2 months now. I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I have to say that both Colt and Cole have been extremely friendly and helpful at every point in the process of touring apartments, moving in, getting settled, and handling issues. The maintenance team is also very prompt and helpful. I have no serious complaints with my experience. The amenities, location, and state they keep the building in are great. Oh, and there's been no incentive whatsoever for me to come here and say this.

I wanted to wait a few months to give an honest review, as I thought there has to be some catch. But I’ve been living here nearly six months and I have been blown away about how amazing this apartment building is. I never thought I could say I love living in an apartment, but they make it hard not to!
The unit itself:
My unit is beautiful. The kitchen appliances are pretty new and work great. The cabinets and white counter are beautiful as well. My studio is very spacious, including a giant closet and bathroom. The air conditioning works great, and I’m sure the heat will be wonderful in the winter too.
The building:
It’s lobby and amenities are very well maintained by the wonderful custodial staff. Very clean and sleek, feels like you’re in a hotel almost. The hallways outside the apartments take a little to be cleaned, but that’s really just the neighbors don’t seem to be too concerned with cleaning their own mess.
The staff:
So friendly and helpful! Colt and Coleman have been super helpful during my stay here. They’re extremely responsive and always provide great service if any issues arise. I’ve never not had a question answered same day. They sit up front in the lobby most of the time, which makes it super convenient for quick questions. They’re also wonderful to chat with.
The goodies:
Beautiful and very well maintained. There is free coffee in the lobby! Lattes, espresso, cappuccinos, etc. They also put out some syrups recently, which has been a great addition. They put on a bunch of great community events, like they had an open bar pool party with catered nachos/tacos over the summer. They’re not just boring events like many communities hold! The gym is really nice, it might be a little small for someone who needs a variety of machines, but works great for the average gym goer. The rooftop hot tub is to die for. Same with the heated rooftop pool. They have maintenance issues at times as it is a rooftop pool facing the elements, but they work hard to get things in order quickly. The pool table is nice and they have a little theater you can use as well.
Maintenance:
Super responsive and very kind staff. The community uses an app for all communications which is super convenient. I’ve only had a couple issues and they were all resolved within a day or two. The elevators have gone down a couple times, but they have multiple elevators so it’s never a huge issue.
The move-in process:
Easy and quick. I got an amazing rent special as well. Colt was very helpful and again, very responsive, making it seamless. They transparent about move-in fees and extra costs (community fees, they’re about $100 give or take each month).
I’ve rented for years and never thought I’d live in a community where I feel like I get my money’s worth. I was worried about some of the reviews, but the new management that took over a few months prior to my move-in has transformed this place.

Shocked that I’ve asked two times to see an available unit and they haven’t ever responded back to me. (Assuming they don’t like the problems I have) Took seven days to come look at my AC unit . It’s going on almost 25 days without looking at my washer that was flooding and leaking . Many issues from trash areas left a mess and can’t even walk through , washer leaking water, ( still not fixed with damaged base board from water leaking) old appliances, garage doors not working half the time, multiple occasions without running water, (just the other week for example), roof has no covering from sun which makes it unusable 90% of time, neglect of maintenance from prior owners has made it a big challenge for new owners to stay on top of things. Efforts are being made but still a long ways to go.
No kindness or compassion from staff can make up for the head aches this place causes for the cost to live here.
