I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and honestly have had such a great experience.
Miss Bailey and Patty are the absolute best, they’ve always been kind, helpful, and quick to handle anything that came up.
The maintenance guys know what they’re doing, and will fix anything!
They truly care about the residents and it shows. I’m really sad to be moving on soon, but I’ll always appreciate the time I spent living here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Management here is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They actually take the time to understand what the issue is instead of brushing it off. Communication is clear, and you’re not left wondering what’s going on.
Maintenance has been prompt and professional and work is done right the first time. It’s clear they care about keeping the property in good shape and making sure residents are taken care of. Overall, a well-run place with a team that’s responsive and competent.

I have loved my time here! The staff truly goes above and beyond, making this place feel like home. Despite the usual ups and downs of apartment living, the team is always responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, and you can't beat the rent for the quality you get.

My daughter has a two bedroom unit. She and her roommate were away for the summer. They contacted us a month ago and said the unit had water intrusion in the master bedroom closet. They said they would address. When we arrived back to the unit yesterday (a month later) the unit was still torn up, wet clothes were placed in the washer and left, and the unit is still flooding with water. We have left three online maintenance requests with photos, and no response. There is no 24 hour number to call. The unit is uninhabitable. Quite frustrating, particularly with the monthly costs.
Update. There are allowing her to move to another unit. They refuse to pay for the damages to the clothes or the cost for the movers.
Additional Update. We have now moved my daughter to another apartment in the building. The last minute cost for movers was 540.00, since we were told we had to exit the apartment within 3 days because of the mold. If the building would have done their job, this would have been completed a month ago. I would like the building to reimburse us for the moving cost. In addition, clothing and personal belongings were ruined. We will waive those costs, as well as the flight change fees for my wife’s return since she had to remain in Denver three extra days to help our daughter with this mess.
Additional Update: thank you very much for handling the situation and listening to and understanding the issues. We appreciate it.

Stay away from this building if you care about security and keeping yourself as well as your car safe. Garage has been broken since I moved in around June and remains open all day which is a huge security issue. (Update: they fixed it a few weeks before I left my apartment June 15) The building never sends any emails on updates on when the garage will be fixed and no security is hired to guard the entrance so multiple cars have been broken into, including mine last week. Building does not compensate for damage expenses even though the garage has been broken for months. One elevator is usually broken all the time. There is always something liquid on the floor of the freight elevator (usually pee from a dog or maybe human who knows because there are no cameras). There are better buildings around that are far more secure than this one (such as Modera, they have better security). There’s a leak in the lobby that I don’t know when it will be fixed. Also the door to the building lobby is usually broken so there is virtually no security here as strangers can walk right into the building and into hallways (there is no scanner in the elevator and if you get into the garage the doors to the main elevators are always left open). The amenities are usually broken or filthy so make sure to ask about them before signing your lease. Overall the leasing office people are generally nice but the management is god awful, extremely rude and never helpful. RUN, do not sign here. Also, the amount of money that they charge for rent you would expect a better sense of “luxury” and security. I attached some photos from my time at this apartment: the first is from when someone jammed the freight elevator and breaking it for several days (which happens a lot). The second is how awful people park you most likely will get a scratch or dent from someone’s door or car hitting you. The third and fourth are when my floor FLOODED (by the way no email was sent out to let us know). The fifth, sixth and seventh are just discrepancies. The eighth is when my car got broken into because the garage was broken and left open for several months (they never hired a security guard or had someone patrol). The last four photos are issues I had when I arrived to my apartment, many dents from the previous resident. Also they had to replace my entire floor because it was popping up. Anyways, if you do sign here watch out and if the garage is broken just know your car might get broken into (several others got theirs broken into too).
