Oso Apartments

Easily the best apartment/management experience I've ever had. All of the credit goes to the on-site management and maintenance team. Moe, the maintenance lead, is truly top notch at what he does. He gets work done when he says he will (which is sometimes within minutes - he always responds immediately) and is always more than happy to help/get the job done. The management team, Kayla and John, are amazing too. Similarly, always more than happy to help, accommodate, and respond in a timely manner. Didn't know apartment management like this existed! These guys make apartment living EASY. Kayla, Moe, John - thanks for all your good work. We're lucky to have yall around! Cleaning team also always kills it too fyi.

I have lived in OSO since it opened. The management team is top-tier. Kay is incredibly responsive and proactive about seeking feedback to improve the property. John made the leasing and renewal process seamless - he’s fast, easy to work with and accommodative. And of course a shout out to Moe in maintenance. He’s always on top of requests and the fact that he brings my dog, Cora, a treat when he stops by (always making sure it’s okay first) is really sweet! All of them will communicate through text as well which is not necessary but actually quite convenient. As someone who goes to the gym 5 days a week the equipment is high quality and maintained well. Pool and hot tub open all year round is awesome. Rooftop lounge is great - on the weekend you can meet new ppl and watch sports or play pool. Also there is cleaning staff regularly - sometimes I think “weren’t they just here yesterday?”. Trash room is always clean considering it’s a trash room - I’ve lived in some places where they were gross. I really like the building and happy I extended my lease!
