I saw an old lady today on her knees, discombobulated and considerably distressed, holding on to the front office glass door. She was needing serious help, and I saw the staff slightly open the glass door, scold the old woman for cancelling a doctors appointment, and slam the door shut in her face. She did not get help from the staff.

After several years here, have seen a very positive upgrade to the overall facility, its maintenance, new upgrades, and general good residence feelings. The enhancements are highlighted, the maintenance staff is greatly appreciated, and the group activities are well-received!
The security has also improved. This is an excellent part of Denver to literally walk across the street to King Soopers, or to Whole Foods 2 blocks away. The YMCA is all of 4 blocks away.
The single upgrade is for the RUH main office to call Comcast and get their (free- it's part of the service the apartment pays Comcast) upgraded cable TV box. Some clubs watch various series and sportsâa lot of happy times. Upgrading last decade's Comcast cable boxes would be very appreciated. There is a full kitchen and outdoor grills. It's always fun for a dozen or a small crowd of people to gather for burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, or pastries.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Krista, the office manager at my motherâs new senior living community. From day one, she has been an absolute standout. Her interpersonal communication is unmatchedâwarm, genuine, and incredibly clear. She made every step of the process feel easy and reassuring.
Kristaâs dedication shows in everything she does. She was consistently available to answer questions, guide us through details, and make sure we felt confident and supported. On top of that, her sense of humor made what can often be a stressful transition genuinely enjoyable. She kept us laughing, calm, and optimistic throughout the entire journey.
Her knowledge of the community, its services, and the move-in process is extraordinary. No question went unanswered, and no concern went unaddressed. Most importantly, Krista is unbelievably helpfulâthe kind of person who goes above and beyond without ever being asked.
Not only was Krista incredible, but the building and grounds are absolutely beautifulâwarm, inviting, and so thoughtfully maintained. The community itself feels vibrant, friendly, and welcoming, and it is clear that the residents and staff take real pride in their home. It brings me so much peace knowing my mother will be surrounded by such a lovely environment.
Weâve just signed my momâs lease, and I am so excited for her to begin this next chapter. My mother cannot wait to move in, and so much of that is because of the trust and comfort Krista created for us.

When I first became a Resident at U-Hiils the property was Managed by a different company. Compared to the arrival of the Current Manager, Laura Salinas, the Property has experienced a Tremendous Upgrade. Previously we experienced numerous unannounced water outages, the Manager regularly being unavailable and to almost no Maintenance Technicians on site. We have recently experienced technical issues and the issues have been addressed and resolved immediately. We have not experienced unannounced water outages which has been a Great Blessing and Greatly Appreciated. Unit Maintenance issues are addressed Immediately which is Tremendously Appreciated as well. Laura has been the most Proficient, Reliable and Remarkable Property Manager I have ever Had. I am Truly honored to Have her as a Property Manager. Laura has always been proactive with the Tennant's and always meets and goes beyond her expectations. Kudos and Adelaides to a Caring, Proficient and Compassionate Manager that she is. Residences at University Hills is Greatly Honored to have Laura as our Property Manager. Than You Laura for everything that You Do.

This complex has a new in house manager. She is a gem! The building itself needs upgrades. The garage doors are continually broken, leaving residentâs car and themselves open to intruders. The air vents need to be cleaned throughout the building. And fob security features do not afford much security.
Saying that, this a building with many long term residents who take pride in their building. The friendships are long lasting. Many units are beautiful.
