There has been a big change at Arlington apartments over the last two years. Steven the current Property Manager is renovating the building and the surrounding areas. All the units that have been vacated over the last year have been remodeled. The common areas were recently refreshed. The former swimming pool area has been repurposed to a beautiful patio with flower pots. Stephen has been very courteous and helpful in all situations to us and to all our neighbors.

Great affordable apartments, well kept building and Stephen the manager is great and super responsive.

Great renting experience until change of management. Apartments are in good shape and pretty cozy but it's just an issue with management. Now water is shut off almost every week for several hours at a time with little to no notice, management isn't ever in the office, front door is propped open daily and packages have been stolen. Recently there have been several mice spotted in the apartment and nothing has been done about it.

I lived in this apartment for 4 years. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and quiet. One main reason behind the comfortable life in Arlington is David and Cheryl. The apartment managers, David and Cheryl, are super great, helpful, and very friendly! They are the best apartment managers I have ever seen. They take good care of each tenant and the building. Everything would be fixed on the same day after a request. The feeling lived here is just like home. The location of the apartments is ideal. In the immediate surroundings of the apartment, there are several good restaurants and a good neighborhood. It is also close to DU and the railway station. I highly recommend living here!

Too many problems in the building for the one manager to handle. There is little to no amenities. Apartment flooded twice in the 6 months I lived there. Move out process was handled poorly lease was not renewed and I was given no explanation as to why. There is much nicer apartments available in the same area with a management team and many amenities for the same price. Would never recommend to somone leasing for the first time. Payed rent on time the whole time and they did not want to keep me around and would not say why.
