The manager Elijah sets up an appointment with me for 9 am on October 15th to not even show up. He didn’t even contact me or tell his supervisor to contact me to let me know he’s not coming in. Mind you all my information is on file. If he contacted his supervisor to let her know that he wasn’t coming in why not also contact the person he had an appointment with to also let them know he wasn’t going to be in so they don’t waste their time going there for nothing or tell his supervisor to handle the appointment which was just to sign a document. So I wasted 2 hours and 40 minutes of my day for nothing. 1 hour getting there by train and 1 hour back home plus 40 minutes waiting for him which he never showed up. Not the way to conduct business. Especially for someone that was looking to rent an apartment at the property he manages.

I’ve lived at University Station Apartments almost 2 years now. This is a great place to live. Jessica, the manager of the property is awesome. She responds right away to any issues you may have. Senior citizens sometimes get overlooked and feel voiceless in society. Jessica pays attention to the details and is very attentive, empathetic and engaged with the residents. She makes everyone feel welcome and at home. Jessica always greets you with a smile on her face, which I personally appreciate. She doesn’t make you feel like a bother when you come into the office and will actually sit and talk with you a bit regardless of how busy she is. I’m absolutely thrilled with the office of University Station Apartments. Elijah, a leasing agent, is awesome as well. He is welcoming and very attentive when you have an issue. A very nice young man who shows a lot of patience and respect with the tenants. The Building Maintenance Supervisor, Miguel is also pretty terrific. He truly gets things done! He is very professional and observant in keeping our building well-maintained with regular upkeep and care. All of these things I have mentioned here is a definite plus when looking for what very well may be the final place to call our home. Therefore, having a terrific staff like this means so much. If you’re looking for the total package in a great place to call home, University Station is that place.
