Great place to live. Great location. Affordable rent and the staff is helpful and friendly. Denise at the front office is especially helpful. I had an issue receiving my package and she helped resolve it very quickly. Great experience so far.

Everyone at Vista is a fan of Denise. She’s great with the tenants and helps problem solve issues that arise in a timely manner. She plans great community building events and is a big party of why vista is great!

I want to give a huge thank you to Austin and baldo at Vista Apartments! I had a small emergency, and they went out of his way to help me when I really needed it. They were kind, calm, and genuinely caring the entire time. It’s not every day you come across someone so thoughtful and willing to help without hesitation. I’m so grateful for their quick response and compassion people like Austin and Baldo make a big difference in a community. Baldo from the maintenance team at Vista is truly exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what was going on, and he gave me complete peace of mind about the situation. His professionalism and calm attitude turned a stressful moment into an easy one.
Baldo is a true asset to the Vista team, and I’m genuinely grateful for his outstanding service.both great humans.

Do not consider living here.
The few 5 stars reviews they have is because they offer discounts when doing so. But read the multiple 1 star reviews and you’ll see that living here is TERRIBLE.
For the last month, no hot water, no heat, and no dryers, one different issue every week.
Management “takes care” with emails and community events, but they do not help in keeping the apartments in habitable conditions. Elevators are always dirty and smelly, carpets in the halls are very dirty with stains everywhere, looks nasty.
In 2 years, they went through 3 management changes. New management claims “that was the old team,” but nothing has improved.
Fees are constantly increasing, and they did not honor what they offered when renewing contract.
I am paying $1500 a month for my son to live here.
He had a dangerous scary experience with a roommate, police and animal services got involved, management did nothing to help. This roommate hasn’t come back in two months, but we think he is still under a lease and could come back anytime as his belongings remain in the apartment; his room smells badly even with the door locked; management has not clean the apartment, after two months! and my son just has to live there with the smell.
For the same price or less, you can find a cleaner, safer, more responsive place.

Unfair Withholding of Security Deposit – Be Cautious
I lived at Vista Apartments in Denver, managed by Four-Star Realty & Property Management, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience regarding the return of my security deposit.
Upon moving out on August 13, 2025, I thoroughly cleaned my bedroom, kitchen, and all shared common areas. I even requested a move-out inspection in my presence, but the management team declined.
Nearly a month later, I received an invoice demanding an additional $210 for alleged cleaning charges. These claims were completely unfounded—I had documented the condition of the apartment with detailed photographs taken immediately after I cleaned. I emailed this evidence to the management team on October 5, 2025, and followed up again on October 10, 2025, but received no response.
Despite providing proof that the apartment was left in good condition, they refused to return my security deposit. I believe this was an unjust and potentially unlawful withholding of funds.
To future tenants: Please be very cautious and document everything thoroughly when moving out. Based on my experience, there is a risk that your deposit may be unfairly withheld, even if you meet all the move-out requirements.
Vista is excellent place to live. As an international PhD student at the University of Denver/Iliff School of Theology, I lived at Vista for 2 years. It is an idea place for students in terms of vicinity and price. I like the coffee they offer for free for all residents. Vista's community is supportive. May God continue to bless Vista!
