This building is beautiful. They just need a more knowledgeable staff. I do feel bad for the employees as they are very under paid and apparently have the most extensive background check to be hired that I for one have ever seen. Especially for a job that pays the least I have seen for maintenance.I feel bad that this property will likely never get the attention it deserves due to the company above not the people working there.
