Freshman Live-On Requirement
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Prescott Campus requires all incoming freshmen who are under 21 years of age and enrolling directly from high school to live in campus residence halls during their first year. Off-Campus Eligibility
Students who have completed their freshman year on campus, who are 21 or older at the start of the term, or who are verified commuters living with family within a defined distance are eligible to live off campus.
