I just want to start by saying that this apartment is amazing. I moved in November and i've had ups and downs, but mostly great experiences. Searching for an apartment is an absolute nightmare, everywhere you go, it's all about homelessness, rude staff, car theft, rats, mice, and spiders. Let me just say that is NOT an issue here!!! They have amazing security with your packages and doors always locking behind you.You even need a key fob to get to your apartments floor! The whole building is brand new so I have not had a single bug in my apartment. 1.The hot tub and pool are amazing 2.The gym is brand new and beautiful. 3.They love your animals here just as much as you do and even have Monthly pet pictures 4. Amazing staff!! Alex helped us sign for our apartment and everytime I see him he always has the biggest smile on his face! He's just the kind of friendly staff you want anywhere you go. Let me just say if Alex gets fired.... WE RIDE AT DAWN!!!! Right When I moved in I got a care package with cat toys and cat treats and a tote bag which matters so much. I just moved out here and forgetting that plastic bags don't exist.....it was just an amazing experience to get a tote bag... Apartments are expensive but I believe you get what you pay for here. Having a washer and dryer in unit, a pool/hot tub, new fancy gym, and being right next to a walmart, restaurant's, and greenery around you is worth it. Most importantly feeling safe. I could walk outside alone at night from my car and I never feel like I'm unsafe Though there are some issues, (what doesn't in this world) sometimes the circuit breaker will take out your microwave and then take out your oven. Water does chance temperature for a little bit in the shower Did hear a small beep for a couple months until it drove me to a Jim Carrey the grinch style madness But I've only had breaker issue a couple times, and maintenance is always on it a 100% I've put in a request and they are at my door instantly the same day. I don't regret moving here one bit, and I can see myself renewing my lease because that hot tub......just believe me...it's magical...

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The entire management staff here are friendly, courteous and super helpful. Alex V helped us in getting situated here and is always working hard for all the residents. Whenever we needed help with an issue, they were on it to help. The maintenance crew is always ready to help you out. This apartment has a lounge room that you can rent for parties, a movie room and a conference room where you can study or focus on work. It has covered parking and close by to downtown Denver. You have access to a brand new gym on the 1st floor. All the residents are kind and friendly. Thank you Emerson

This is one of best places I’ve rented from. From the staff, to my neighbors and of course the pets of the community, it has been an amazing experience. Ceaser took a lot of time showing us around to make sure we picked our best option. Alex Von Karnel, Julius Dale and Breanna Barrazahave been exceptional in ensuring are needs are met and go above and beyond daily! You can always count on their professional, friendly and caring disposition.

These apartments are so nice. I did a tour here and instantly fell in love. It's luxurious, comfortable, and the amenities are top notch. I've met several of the staff here and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Cesar for being so awesome and helping me find my next home. I can't wait to move in!

I am posting for mother, Carol, as she is the one that moved into her unit in late September. She thinks her most memorable moment of 2025 with regard to The Emerson was the day she actually moved to Englewood and we came to the unit late Sunday nite after driving 10 hours from her prior home. She was amazed by The beautiful view from her modern new home. She loves her open floor plan and the bright sun drenched rooms. She has enjoyed getting to know the staff and other residents. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She cannot believe she lives in such a luxurious place.
