Private room in a 3 bdrm near Autzen Stadium

I am trying to relet my private room in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's a really nice place in a good location. The two other tenants are also moving out, so I don'tknow much about the future tenants. This building is also due soon for a remodel, adding w/d in unit! The carpet in the room has been replaced this year and while I do have cats I take good care of cleaning the place regularly.
