Relatively cheap room close to UO campus, may cheapen further after first month

I'm looking to offload the last month of my 12 month contract as my move date is a bit sooner. That month's rent plus utilities totals about $800, which includes the decently fast internet they provide each unit, so there isn't any common utility you'd still have to pay beyond that. They charge $50 monthly per parked car, or street-side is free but always cramped. Laundry is shared and paid via phone app, fairly cheap, and supposedly the unit will have machines installed inside at some point. Historically a male occupied unit, but as both I and the one remaining roommate are both leaving it should become fully vacant for the new lease cycle after August. Ducks Village's website mentions 3bd units as $600-$700 for the new cycle, so may cheapen after August as well. Furnishings for the bedroom include a simple swivel chair, an end table, and a frame and foam mattress for the full size bed (I believe, but could be queen) Bed is removed in photo and replaced with my own, they should bring it back on request when moving in. Separate small rooms for toilet and shower, across from one another by the sinks. -mind the clutter, some things here in storage pre-moving
