Apartment located on the first floor, with a cozy homely vibe right by Autzen Stadium and the Willamette River which is a perfect walk during sunny days. Bus system makes getting from Ducks Village to campus very easy and convenient. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer that is being installed during the summer which will be ready by end of summer. Living space and area is relatively clean and Ducks Village also has a pool and a club house that comes with a pool table, ping pong table, and a coffee machine. Every week there is usually an event like workout sessions, grab and go breakfast, and even volleyball tournaments, etc. The area is pet friendly and parking spaces are around $85 a month with many attainable parking spaces.
