As a dad apartment hunting for my college age daughter, The Patterson Social Apartments really stood out. The building is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities like a modern gym, a dedicated yoga room, and a rooftop deck that offers a great space to relax or study. The downtown location is ideal just a few minutes walking distance to the center of campus. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the leasing agent, Alex; she went above and beyond, was friendly, patient, and personable, and she took the time to answer every question I had as a parent. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable and respected while also giving me confidence that the building is well managed and supportive of its residents. Her professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression and ultimately made us feel great about choosing this community.

I toured at the Patterson Social for my upcoming school term. They should me all the amenities and the building was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. Staff was very friendly and I spoke to and toured with Alex, she was very informative and kind during the tour even offering me snacks lol. She also talked about the incentives they offer for signing which are what reeled me in. If you're looking for a place to live in the downtown Eugene area, this place is great! The location is convenient, the building is nice and tranquil, and the staff is friendly!

I have been apartment hunting for the ’26-’27 school year for the last two months! I visited the Patterson Social recently and I was very impressed with how close they are to UofO. There’s tons of restaurants within walking distance of the building, as well as tattoo shops, bars, vintage stores, museums, and luckily all of my classes. The area is quiet and nice, it seems like there’s a lot of things to do in the area which is important for a college student so far away from home. Alex gave me my tour and was very kind and answered any question I had. The views from the building are stunning and the amenities are really great. They have two fitness rooms as well as multiple study rooms so you can keep work separate from home. I’m looking forward to making this place my new home!

I was visiting Eugene Oregon and wanted to tour some apartments in the downtown area. I stopped by The Patterson Social and toured with Alex, she was very informative and patient with all my questions and concerns. She let me know that they rent to those who pass their qualifications which was a relief as I am not a student but a mom looking for a nice and secure place for me and my kids to live. The apartments are very clean and modern on the inside, I love that they come furnished. The views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking. She also let me know of a promotion they’re running where if you sign within 48 hours, you can win a $500 gift card after next October! I really appreciate an apartment that gives back to its residents! I was advised to act fast as spaces are limited and I can really see why. The building is being maintained very well and staff was incredibly friendly.

I just toured recently and I can honestly say that the Patterson Social was probably one of the better (if not the best) apartments I have toured. Their lobby and gym spaces are amazing. Not to mention that the rooms and living areas looked so spacious. The workers were so kind and patient with all of the questions I had. Would reccomend!
