Make sure you read the reviews before signing. I had a lot of friends living here so I just signed because of that. But after dealing with “management” and “maintenance” I realized this place is trash. It took us 6 months of filling out a maintenance request and calling a ghost line/ non response email to a fix a cracked window. Also whenever you move out the security deposit you “don’t have to pay” is threatened because of a $220 “cleaning fee.” Dealing with a broken window and no answers for 6months is already wild, but a cleaning fee after all that is insane. Good luck…
