Lidia is so professional and helpful. She helped with the whole process of getting my keys and helping me get settled. She went over thing that I needed to know leaving me with no questions. The entire process was so quick, smooth, and stress-free.

Each building needs its own bike racks, covered and secured. Possibly under the stairs. This is a low income housing area and many people can't lift their bikes to the third floor twice a day. Please consider this a request.
