Renew Foothills

I truly love this apartment complex! My husband and I have lived here since 2022 and haven’t had any complains. Maintenance requests are immediately responded to and they will do their best to accommodate to what the residents need. The front office is constantly putting on events for the residents to make them feel appreciated. The staff is super friendly and neighbors and area is very ideal and quiet.

Renew Foothills as an apartment is a very outdated building because the walls have no insulation therefore, makeing it cold all the time and the other resident is so right about the walls being so thin that YOU really can hear your neighbors every move and business as they can hear my business, which I don't appreciate. The towel bars and toilet paper holders do constantly fall out because the sheet rock is ancient that it melts if anything is leaning on them and for sure the gym, key, lock, not being fixed or available easily is frustrating. The plus side is it's in walking distance to various parks, sport courts, grocery store, gas station, pool hall, has an accessible grill and firepit, and walking distance to the golf course. The property manager is soo kind and helpful. The maintenance team is also very attentive and understanding.
