Bexley at Left Bank

Im writing this review in regard to one of our maintenance team members at Bexley Left Bank. I have lived here over a year and any time I have had issues that I needed resolved quickly, Erin was to the rescue. She came in every single time with the intention of helping and to fix the problem right then and there. She is honestly just such a nice person and makes the maintenance process so easy. She is very knowledgeable and knows a lot. On one of my issues she spent almost around 2 hours doing whatever she could to try and fix the problem and she did. It means a lot to me to know we have people like this on the property, it is very comforting. Finding hardworking workers who genuinely care about the residents is a great feeling. Thank you Erin!

Despite the negative reviews about this complex, I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, it seems that the negative reviews are probably very accurate. I did a tour of this complex and was interested in renting a few different potential units. I was in communication with the staff for about 2 weeks about pricing and specials. Finally, we came to an agreed price for a certain unit only to have the price change in seconds of me clicking on the website, I then complained, they said it was a technical glitch and that it would get fixed asap. The next day the price was not fixed, I called and sent emails but received no reply concerning my issue. The price was never changed and then I received an email from them many days later basically trying to get me excited about a price much higher than the first. This ridiculous situation went on for another week with no solution. It seems there’s a lot of bait and switch tactics going on. I would advise against renting at this complex.
