I lived here from August 2023 to January 2026 (two separate units), and my experience with management was beyond frustrating. When I moved out of my first unit, they did a walkthrough with me and told me everything was fine. Months later, I randomly receive a letter saying I owe $73. I immediately emailed the office and was told it was “spam” and to disregard it. A month later, I check Credit Karma — my credit score had dropped 109 points because THEY sent that same $73 to collections. After I reached back out, I got an “oops, my bad.” That’s it. No urgency. No accountability. Just a casual response after damaging my credit over $73. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. You don’t “oops” someone’s credit score. Then when I moved out in January 2026, I left two trash bags — something that had been explicitly allowed and mentioned multiple times in property emails. They charged me $150 for it and refused to properly explain or refund it. It honestly feels like they will charge you for anything once your lease ends just to squeeze more money out of you. On top of that, the fire alarms go off constantly — often in the middle of the night. And they are so loud you are forced to evacuate the building. I can’t even count how many times this happened while I lived there. It’s exhausting and completely disruptive. The location and units themselves are nice. But management? Once your lease is up, you don’t matter. Between random charges and credit damage over $73, this was one of the most unprofessional rental experiences I’ve had. Document everything if you move here.
