I work at TCU, and Casa Rana has been incredibly helpful in tracking down students’ packages that went missing while they were abroad. Every time I’ve worked with their team, they’ve been responsive, kind, and willing to go the extra mile for their residents.

I’ve had a complicated couple of months, and throughout it all, the team at Casa Rana—especially Laura Haddock—has shown a level of patience, professionalism, and genuine human decency that’s hard to come by in this industry. Laura has been a lifeline. Navigating difficult circumstances is never easy, but having someone who actually listens, communicates clearly, and advocates for you when she doesn’t have to? That makes a difference. It’s clear she cares—not just about doing her job well, but about treating people like people. I’ve dealt with plenty of leasing offices over the years, and I can honestly say Casa Rana, through Laura’s leadership and support, has been one of the most understanding and fair experiences I’ve had. If you’re considering living here, just know there are good people behind the scenes who actually give a damn. And Laura is proof of that.

We've had a wonderful experience renting from Casa Rana! The office staff—especially Lori—has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She's always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met. Our child has been living in one of their apartments this year, and we’ve been very happy with both the quality of the apartment and the safety of the neighborhood. We're also grateful for how close their properties are to campus, which is a huge plus. Finding trustworthy housing for your kids can be challenging, but we highly recommend Casa Rana. Our children will continue living in their apartments for the next few years. If you have trouble reaching them during the busy summer months, it’s definitely worth trying again. We believe the rent is well worth the value—these are great properties, and our overall experience has been very positive.

I've had two years of assurance and peace of mind knowing there was a group of kind, compassionate, caring ladies who helped me through all of my housing struggles. They work immensely hard in a very selfless way, and I've been the profiteer of their kindness. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across Casa Rana.
