I had a great time meeting Hannah at Crystal Springs. She greeted me with warm, positive energy and listened attentively throughout our conversation. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this community and its professional team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is great. The best one I’ve lived in around the DFW. Nice bar to walk to and the apartment is quiet. If I wouldn’t have bought a house, I’d renew. I love the community events they throw and how they keep the property. Should out to Emily as well, she’s a great manager and always there to assist.

Emily & Avery truly are the best! You have a question or concern && they deliver! We truly have the best staff at Crystal Springs.
The property is always clean! Also maintenance is always on point when you call!

We have been very happy with our time at Crystal Springs. I appreciate the staff being diligent on keeping our property safe, clean, and enforcing rules that make this a family friendly place to live. Whenever we have had maintenance requests in our apartment, trash room, or amenities etc - it has always been addressed and taken care of. Our gym, pool, and workspaces are elevated and not your average apartment amenities. Love being right off the trinity too!! Avery and Jeff have been super helpful. Thanks for all y’all do!

Crystal springs is the newest addition to the Bellrock Real Estate partners and it just keeps getting better. This luxurious new building is near the heart of Fort Worth with so many features and amenities. The staff on site is friendly and attentive! I can’t wait to get my appointment to lease here.
