Honest review after living at Panther Island for almost 13 months:
-Staff is friendly and usually available (which is much more than you can say for most apartments)
-Thoroughly enjoyed my apartment and if i could stay an extra year i probably would
-Maintenance is usually very responsive
-With that being said the area is a little sketchy, some questionable characters roam these parts lol
-theft and crashes are an issue, i dealt with it on more than one occasion
-If you live here (specifically a unit on the main road) consider the noise of passing cars on N Main St, people fly by and it gets very loud especially late at night, although you get used to it (at least i did)
Overall, nice place, close to downtown, sort of safe. would recommend.
P.S. The brewery across the street has since closed which was a big selling point for me when i got here but oh well.

My partner and I have lived here for over two years and it’s been a great experience.
The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance also does a great job. Pedro is on top of things and always takes care of requests quickly.
The location is a plus with trails nearby and being right in downtown, we enjoy living here!

My husband and I have lived here for a couple of years now and we absolutely cannot recommend the staff and community here more. They are great at keeping the common areas and halls very clean. There is a small market in Building One that’s like a little convenience store that is truly very convenient; they sell snacks, food, drinks, and some household supplies as well. The pool is well maintained, there are two fire pits, one on each side of a small canal that runs between the two buildings that are connected by four sky bridges and one ground bridge. There is also a dog washing station in the parking garage as well and it’s fully decked out. The dog park is also really nice as well and well maintained.
It’s conveniently located across the street from the Coyote Drive-In Theatre, a short walk to the Trinity River, and a short drive to the Stockyards. It’s also very conveniently close to downtown Fort Worth. So it’s got the bars at the Stockyards for the young party people and wonderful upscale dining and theaters in Downtown Fort Worth for the classier and more upscale crowds (no shade to those who like the Stockyards, just not my vibe).
My only “complaint”, and this isn’t really a complaint about the living here or anything that would be overall consistently disruptive to the living experience and it’s really out of the control of the amazing management team, but the parking garage is a little narrow and there are these oversized (overcompensating much? 👀) lifted pickup trucks that stick out really far and create problems for their neighbors. I think a possible solution could be to require those kinds of trucks to have to park on the roof of the garage because there is more space up there. But again, incredibly minor annoyance.
It’s also great front row seating for the Fourth of July fireworks that are done on the river. Parades also come right past the building too. They also film Landman and Yellowstone right up the road at the Court House in Downtown Fort Worth so you can sometimes see production for those shows happening as well. And the Panther Pavilion is right here too and has music festivals!
Overall an amazing location run by amazing people who clearly care about this community. They plan these adorable events, though my husband and I are usually too busy to attend, but we get a lot of joy knowing that they are happening.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Encore Panther Island Pavilion.
The leasing office team is outstanding: every time I had an issue, it was solved in less than 24 hours, always with a smile. And the maintenance guy deserves a special mention — super kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. It really makes a difference day to day.
The amenities are fantastic: a great pool, a beautiful west-facing rooftop with stunning sunsets, a well-equipped gym, and very clean common areas. The whole property is extremely well maintained and always spotless.
The location is perfect:
• 15 minutes walking distance from downtown
• 5 minutes from the Trinity Railway Express station
• Right across from an amazing BBQ food truck and a brewery
They also organize regular community events, which really helps create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, this residence combines comfort, great service, top-tier amenities, and an unbeatable location. I would absolutely recommend Encore Panther Island Pavilion to anyone moving to Fort Worth.

I’ve been a resident here for over a year, and my experience has been truly excellent. The management team is outstanding—they genuinely care about their residents and it shows in how they handle everything. I moved to DFW for work, and by coincidence this complex was one of the closest options. After stopping by for information, I was immediately impressed. Everyone I met was welcoming, the amenities were spotless, and the location was perfect, so I decided to make it my home.
The amenities remain clean and well-maintained, and the community is respectful in how they use them. Being within walking distance of Downtown and having the Trinity River nearby for running or outdoor activities has been a huge plus.
As a final note, this was my first time leasing an apartment, and the management team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire process. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
PD: there's a brewery and a food truck next to the complex that a are great place to hangout and grab a bite.
